HMobile allows hotel employees (Guest Service, housekeepers, supervisors, chambermaids, technicians, etc.) to see the occupancy status of a room on their mobile phone at the moment they need it and in any of the HMobile modules (Room Status, Minibar, Services).
In addition, they may have other important information for their work: check-in and check-out dates, whether the guest is a VIP, the language of the guest, number of occupants, etc.
It allows to know the rooms with scheduled check-in during the day and with late check-out in order to prioritize the room preparation work.

The customer can request "do not disturb" from their mobile phone and this information will be sent to:
HMobile: to let cleaning and service staff know that the guest has requested not to disturb.
PBX: to prevent incoming calls to the room telephone.
PMS: for reception staff to be informed about it.
