1. Access to reports: #

You can access the consumption reports from 2 different places in the desktop version:

1.1. Room Status > Consumables > Consumption report

1.2. Room Status > Reports > Consumption

2. Total consumption: #

In this screen of the reports you can consult all the consumptions made according to the time interval you choose in the filters.

  • Consumption: number of used items.
  • Breakage: number of broken items.
  • Thefts: number of stolen items.
  • Discards: number of discarded items (e.g., to be returned to the laundry).

  • Details: the table shows the list of all items consumed in the selected time interval.
  • Export to excel: you can print or export to excel this report using the buttons on the top-right.

3. Total costs: #

Choose the “Total costs” tab to see the detailed costs in the selected range. The sections of the screen are the same as in “Total Consumption”, but here the costs are shown instead of the number of items.
