Manages the purging of rooms that have not been used for more than 7 days.

Preventive maintenance

Automate the creation of work orders to purge room taps that have not been used for 7 days, and easily access reports of the purges performed:

  • Configure the automation in Room Status in a simple way.
  • Whenever a room has not been used for more than 7 days, a work order will be created in Services to perform a purge, and the maintenance team will be notified.
  • At any time, reports can be accessed in Services to view the purges performed.
  • In addition, reports can be configured to be sent periodically by email to the desired persons.

Create Services tasks automatically based on the cleanliness status of a room

All departments

Services tasks can now be created automatically based on the state of cleanliness, e.g. create a floor task if a room has not been used for X number of days. To do this, follow the steps below:

  • Open Room Status
  • Ir a Settings / Available status
  • Choose the cleaning status to which you want to associate the automation.
  • Click on ‘Modify’ the status.
    • Select ‘Create a Services Task’ option.
    • Select the task to be created.
    • Select which user to inform when the task is done.
  • Click “OK”.

Services: sending of a ‘Task summary’ report by email.

Until now, it was possible to configure the sending of ‘Details’ type Services reports by email. With this functionality, we have extended this option to ‘Task summary’ reports.


Delete or validate multiple Services tickets at the same time

We know that sometimes Services requests are not being closed or validated, and they ‘accumulate’ in the web view. Now you can delete or validate several tasks at the same time, and in this way, clean this list in a very simple way.


Permissions for access to Services reports

All departments

It is now possible to define among all users who has access to view the Services reports and who does not. To do this, simply activate or deactivate the option ‘Te user has access to reports’ in the ‘Services’ section of a user’s configuration.

  • Access to general “Settings” in HMobile.
  • Select “Users – management” in the menu on the left.
  • Select the user you want to give or remove access to reports (Same window when creating new users).

By default, all current users have access to reports. If you want to ‘remove’ access to some users, follow the steps above, and uncheck the ‘Has access to reports’ box.


Other improvements and BUGs resolved

All departments
  • Consumables: allow you to sort the items once created in the desired order, to facilitate the daily registration.
  • Consumables: increase the information in the consumables reports by adding new columns in the detail table.
  • Services web y APK: generate notifications when modifying existing service tickets.
  • Services web: display long location names when choosing a range in the new task creation.
  • Services web: when creating a new task, do not show previous guest information if the room is empty.
  • Services web: facilitate the assignment of chained tasks to multiple users.
  • Houskeeping planning: disregard credits from locations that do not have active Room Status.
  • Minibar: make charges for items even if they contain special characters.
